A published folk music composer and martial arts instructor for 7 years, Rob
began leading backpacking trips to theSouthwest in high school, attended the
Audubon Expedition Institute, and then went on to study Geology and Ecology in
college. This was followed by a masters degree in education and a
qualification to teach secondary Earth Science. He worked for a few years as a
geologist at an environmental engineering firm; and worked for quite a few
years as a carpenter, contractor, and woodworker, ultimately running his own
contracting business. An opportunity to try his hand at CAD draftsmanship led
him away from the job site and into the office where he worked as a draftsman
for a few years. This, in turn, led to a deep interest in computers,
programming, and system administration where he happily remains riveted to this
very day. He is ecstatic to be the father of two and the husband of one.

Financial Manager is Victoria's alias for whole system thinking and fiscal
communication for humans. Growing up in Chicago with an activist mom in the
60s led to art school, women's spiritual circles and intentional community in
the 80s. One of a group of founders of Earthdance, a charter elementary school
and a mother/ daughter group, Victoria brings loving attention to all things
bureaucratic. Also loves libraries (shared resources, what a radical idea) and
dancing! Organizational sustainability has been of lifelong interest to
Victoria and working at Living Routes blends the content of the workplace with
the administrative frame. Yum.
